We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photos so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the eligible item and place a new order after your return has been approved.

European Union Orders

Customers in the European Union may cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
